Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Initiating a Return

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.
Claims for damaged or defective items must include supporting evidence, such as photographs.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, and returns must be shipped back within this timeframe.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Opened personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, contact us at support@circeboutique.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the return conditions outlined above.
